By purchasing a product, creating an account, accessing learning materials or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information
We endeavour to describe each digital product accurately, including its major contents, features, access conditions and price.
The content displayed on the applicable product page at the time of purchase forms part of your purchase information.

3. Pricing and Payment

A purchase is considered successful only after payment has been confirmed by our payment system.
For The Complete Interview Success Package, the current promotional selling price may be changed for future customers at our discretion.
A subsequent increase or decrease in price does not create a right to a refund or price adjustment for an earlier purchase.
4. Learner Account Creation
After successful payment, an individual learner account may be created automatically using the information supplied during checkout.
Your registered email address may be used as your Login ID.
For security, Proactive Masters does not send account passwords in plain text. Learners are provided with a secure password-setting process.
5. Personal Use Licence
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all digital products purchased from Proactive Masters are licensed for the purchaser’s personal educational use only.
Purchase does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
You may not:

8. Lifetime Access
Where a product is advertised as including lifetime access, this means continued access to the purchased digital product through our learning platform for the operational lifetime of that product/service, subject to reasonable platform maintenance, technological changes, legal requirements and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
We may migrate content to a replacement platform where necessary without materially removing the learner’s purchased access.

We do not guarantee:

- salary increase;
- admission;
- any specific professional or financial result.
Outcomes depend on many factors, including the learner’s preparation, experience, qualifications, performance, market conditions and employer decisions.

10. Technical Requirements
Learners are responsible for maintaining:
- a compatible internet-connected device;
- adequate internet connectivity;
- a supported browser;
- a valid email address;
- the ability to access the learner dashboard.
Temporary interruptions caused by maintenance, hosting, third-party services or technical events may occasionally occur.
We will make reasonable efforts to restore normal access.
11. Prohibited Conduct
